Vitamin c – the lazarus vitamin

High dose vitamin c can bring you back from the dead!

tl;dr version.  Full article is a 1 or 2 hour read.

  • High dose vitamin c cures all infections.  Supplementing with zinc at the same time may more than double its effectiveness.  A  low dose may do nothing at all.
  • High dose vitamin c is a potent anti-toxin.  It neutralises toxins chemically but also has a physiological effect.  A low dose may do nothing at all.
  • In the past,  “high dose” meant intravenous injection as high doses of oral vitamin c can cause diarrhea.  This meant relying on doctors who studiously ignore its benefits and refuse to use it because pharma medicine is corrupt.
  • Fairly high oral doses of vitamin c  (Ascorbic acid powder dissolved in water) can be taken by taking frequent very small doses at spaced intervals throughout the day.
  • Liposomal, also known as lipospheric, vitamin c enables high dose oral supplementation without causing diarrhea.  It can be taken on its own or together with standard vitamin c.  Liposomal delivers vitamin c very efficiently into the cells.  It may be even more effective than intravenous.  You do not need a doctor’s prescription!
  • Contrary to the official,  corrupt “narrative”;  a) the spike producing mRNA vaccine is not confined to the shoulder muscle but spreads in the blood stream b) the  spike protein manufactured in our cells by the mRNA vaccine damages the lining of blood vessels (“epithelium”). This includes the heart and the brain blood barrier. c) it damages the immune system, dna repair mechanism,  the brain and causes disease and cancer.
  • In stroke and epithelial damage,  the glycoprotein (“SCVT2”) responsible for transporting vitamin c into cells is upregulated.  In other words,  the cells become “hungry” for vitamin c.
  • High dose vitamin c repairs the damage to the epithelium.
  • High dose vitamin c  stimulates spike protein neutralising antibodies. Supplementing with zinc at the same time more than doubles this effect. Supplement with the “ionophore” quercetin increases the effectiveness of zinc supplementation.
  • How to take high dose oral vitamin c safely up to 20 grams a day .
  • Contraindications

A high enough dose of vitamin c can bring you back from the dead!  But doctors don’t want you to know about this.  Jump to study 6 Why?  Because you can take high dose vitamin c without a doctor’s prescription.  In this article I will show you  the trick for how  to safely take a high dose orally to either quickly reverse an infection like covid-19  or to neutralise a toxin (like the spike protein from the jab) for example. Jump to high dose vitamin c by oral route without diarrhea and How to take high dose oral vitamin c safely Watch this 6 minute clip from my 2 hour bitchute video showing how high dose vitamin c intravenous quickly reverses viral pneumonia and lung white out.  I uploaded it in August 2020 to youtube from where it was quickly removed, like the million other videos on vitamin c for covid-19!

The mRNA vaccines cause prolonged production of the spike protein by our cells

It’s been known since May 2021 that the spike protein from the vaccine does not remain in the shoulder muscle as we were told to believe (just one example from the torrent of lies fed to us) but enters the blood stream,  Jump to study 1 causing clots and embolisms, Jump to study 4. damaging in particular;  the endothelium (the lining of the blood vessels) and thereby damaging the heart and the blood brain barrier.Jump to study 2

The mRNA vaccines cause prolonged production of the spike protein by our cells.  The spike protein is neurotoxic.  it damages DNA repair mechanisms. it damages the immune system/ the vaccines cause increased risk for infections, diseases and cancer. Jump to study 3. High dose  vitamin c can repair the damage to the endothelium. (Lining of arteries, veins and blood brain barrier). Jump to study 5. Supplementing with zinc in addition to vitamin c doubles spike protein neutralising antibodies compared to vitamin c alone. Supplementing with the “ionophore” quercetin transports zinc into the cell Jump to study 8 and makes zinc supplementation much more effective. Jump to study 9

Dr. Thomas Levy – Curing the incurable with vitamin c

In his book “Curing the Incurable” Dr. Levy demonstrates, with references to hundreds of peer reviewed articles in medical journals, that a high enough dose of vitamin c reverses every infectious disease and is a powerful antidote to toxins and poisons.

High doses of vitamin c taken by mouth (orally) result in diarrhea,  This can be overcome to a certain extent by taking very small doses at intervals throughout the day. Even using this method though, once a certain limit called “bowel tolerance” is reached – diarrhea results.   This happens because on the surface of  the intestinal cells  (enterocytes) that line the gut there is a vitamin c transporter glycoprotein  called sodium-ascorbate co-transporter1 (SVCT1) which mediates and regulates vitamin c absorption by the intestine.   If too much vitamin c is ingested at once,  the SVCT1 blocks any further absorption.  This results in a flooding of the intestine by fluids surrounding it caused by osmosis, resulting in diarrhea.  Jump to study 7

Each person has a different bowel tolerance.  I personally take 2 tablespoonfuls of  vitamin c (12 grams) a day  in a pint of water and take small sips every half hour.  12 grams is my personal bowel tolerance.  Any more than this provokes my loose bowel.

Very high doses of vitamin c can be safely administered by intravenous injection

To reverse most serious viral diseases or other types of infections or poisoning by toxins, much higher doses are generally needed than can be ingested orally.  This can be done by intravenous injection.  Very high doses,  as much as 300 grams in a day can be injected in this way with no adverse effects. (Apart from in some very rare genetic disorders – see contraindications underneath).

Here though we hit a snag.  That snag is medical ignorance, blind adherence to dogma, fear of reprisals, corrupt incentives, rigged “apex studies” and the “revolving door” promoted by the pharmaceutical companies  who control medicine and are part of the banking cabal which controls  the media, our governments and institutions and who don’t want any cheap,  non patentable competitors to their hideously dangerous drugs and vaccines.  So we have the situation where 5 million people have died from “covid” treatments in hospital ICU’s with tubes rammed down their throats and an overdose of Midazolam tranquilizer to make sure they didn’t struggle and went quietly.  25 grams of vitamin c per 24 hours in 4 divided doses would have instantly prevented the need for intensive care.  If 25 grams doesn’t work you increase the dose until it does.  The intensivists know this.

Most of the covd vaccine damage is caused by micro clots caused by the spike protein from the vaccine circulation in the body and not confined to the shoulder muscle as we have been told do believe. I don’t think I’m going out on a limb here.  Although not admitted by the corrupt medical establishment It has been well established since May 2021.

Study 1. It was known that spike entered the bloodstream in May 2021

May 31, 2021  — New research shows that the coronavirus spike protein from COVID-19 vaccination unexpectedly enters the bloodstream, which is a plausible explanation for thousands of reported side-effects from blood clots and heart disease to brain damage and reproductive issues, a Canadian cancer vaccine researcher said last week…..   ……“We have known for a long time that the spike protein is a pathogenic protein. It is a toxin. It can cause damage in our body if it gets into circulation,” Bridle said. “Is it a safe assumption that it stays in the shoulder muscle? The short answer is: absolutely not. It’s very disconcerting…..

.Study 2 Spike protein damages the blood brain barrier

…S1 (part of the spike. Chris) promotes loss of barrier integrity in an advanced 3D microfluidic model of the human Blood Brain Barrier (BBB), a platform that more closely resembles the physiological conditions at this Central Nervous System  interface. Evidence provided suggests that the SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins trigger a pro-inflammatory response on brain endothelial cells that may contribute to an altered state of BBB function. Together, these results are the first to show the direct impact that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein could have on brain endothelial cells; thereby offering a plausible explanation for the neurological consequences seen in COVID-19 patients….

….In this paper, we explore the scientific literature suggesting that vaccination with an mRNA vaccine initiates a set of biological events that are not only different from that induced by infection but are in several ways demonstrably counterproductive to both short- and long-term immune competence and normal cellular function. These vaccinations have now been shown to downregulate critical pathways related to cancer surveillance, infection control, and cellular homeostasis…..

.Supplementation to upper normal plasma ascorbate levels is clearly indicated in most diseases and conditions in which ascorbate is depleted. However, it is seldom a priority, because patients, physicians, and health authorities are unaware of the increasing evidence for multiple potentially important functions of ascorbate. With regard to the endothelium, it is worth emphasizing observations made more than 50 years ago that early scurvy generates endothelial disruption in guinea pigs, which resembles atherosclerosis () and is fully and rapidly reversible with ascorbate repletion….

However, bowel tolerance for vitamin C is elevated in many patients with the severity of illness. So, some patients may tolerate oral doses up to 200 g/day .  However, it should be kept in mind that vitamin C is not yet a standard treatment for covid -19 owing to a shortage of evidence….

Vitamin C neutralizes toxins.  Curing the Incurable:  Chapter 3. “The ultimate antidote”

…Vitamin C has demonstrated the ability to neutralize a wide variety of toxic substances, many of which are completely unrelated chemically. Frequently, vitamin C directly interacts chemically with a given toxin to render it less toxic or nontoxic. This is known as a chemical antidote effect. However, vitamin c can also act as a physiological antidote to a toxin or poison. Such an antidote effect can result when vitamin C helps to undo or repair the damage caused by a certain toxin without having to directly interact with the toxin….

From Chapter Three,  p. 217 of Curing the Incurable by Dr. Thomas Levy

Another critical misconception regarding vitamin C involves how much of it should be used to achieve the intended therapeutic effect. Real estate agents frequently say that the three most important attributes of a home are “location, location, and location”. Similarly, the three most important considerations in effective vitamin C therapy are “dose, dose, and dose”. If you don’t take enough you won’t get the desired effects.

Study 7   Why too much vitamin c taken orally results in a loose bowel

..Vitamin C is accumulated in mammalian cells by two types of proteins: sodium-ascorbate co-transporters (SVCTs) and hexose transporters (GLUTs); in particular, SVCTs actively import ascorbate, the reduced form of this vitamin. SVCTs are surface glycoproteins encoded by two different genes, very similar in structure. They show distinct tissue distribution and functional characteristics, which indicate different physiological roles. SVCT1 is involved in whole-body homeostasis of vitamin C, while SVCT2 protects metabolically active cells against oxidative stress. Regulation at mRNA or protein level may serve for preferential accumulation of ascorbic acid at sites where it is needed….

SVCT1 and SVCT2: key proteins for vitamin C uptake Savini et al 2008

….Bioavailability or the effective concentration of vitamin C essentially depends on its effective absorption from intestine and renal excretion. Vitamin C, consumed either with diet or dietary supplements, is absorbed by the epithelial cells of the small intestine by SVCT1 or, subsequently diffuses into the surrounding capillaries and then the circulatory system. Circulating Ascorbic Acid  (AA – vitamin c) is filtered from kidney capillary bed into the Bowman’s capsule through a general filtration mechanism. AA is reabsorbed through SVCT1 transporter in proximal convoluted tubule. The difference between the amount of AA filtered and reabsorbed constitutes renal excretion. Together, intestinal absorption and renal excretion controls the serum level of vitamin C and thus its bioavailability. At low concentrations, most vitamin C is absorbed in the small intestine and reabsorbed from the renal tubule . However, at high concentrations, SVCT1 is down regulated  which limits the amount of AA absorbed from the intestine and kidney . This imposes a physiological restriction on the maximal effective serum vitamin C concentration (or its bioavailability) that is attainable by oral consumption (Chris’s emphasis)…

Vitamin C in Disease Prevention and Cure: An Overview. Chambial et al 2013

….Watery diarrheas may be due to osmotic, secretory, or inflammatory mechanisms. With ingestion of a poorly absorbed (e.g., Mg2++) or unabsorbable (polyethylene glycol, lactulose or, in lactase-deficient individuals, lactose) solute, the osmotic force of the solute pulls water and secondarily sodium and chloride ions into the intestinal lumen. A considerable proportion of the osmolality of stool results from the nonabsorbed solute. This gap between stool osmolality and the sum of the electrolytes in the stool causes osmotic diarrhea….

Vitamin c liposome
Vitamin c liposome

“…A  liposome has an aqueous solution core surrounded by a “Hydrophobic” membrane, in the form of “Solutes” dissolved in the core cannot readily pass through the bilayer. Hydrophobic chemicals associate with the bilayer. A liposome can be hence loaded with hydrophobic and/or hydrophilic molecules. To deliver the molecules to a site of action, the lipid bilayer can fuse with other bilayers such as the cell membrane,…” Wikipedia

Villi-of-small-intestine-showing-blood-vessels-and-lympahitc-vessels
Villi-of-small-intestine-showing-blood-vessels-and-lympahitc-vessels

Liposomal vitamin c does not pass through the SVCT1 glycoprotein vitamin c transporter on the surface of the intestinal cells which as we have seen above acts like a toll and has a limit on how much vitamin c can be digested at any one time.  Liposomal vitamin c is absorbed by a different route.

Fats in the digestive system are emulsified by bile released by the gall bladder in the intestine and  form “chylomicrons” (lipoproteins) in the enterocytes (cells lining the intestine) to be absorbed by lymph capillaries  and whereas “naked” vitamin c would be absorbed by blood capillaries leading to the portal vein which links to the liver, the vitamin c liposomes act as chylomicrons –  and are absorbed by the lacteals of the lymph system. The vitamin c liposomes then travel through the lymph system & easily combine with the membranes of  cells and deliver their payload of vitamin directly into the cells.

How to take high dose vitamin c safely

Find your bowl tolerance.  Liposomal vitamin d is expensive and in my opinion there is no point in not taking vitamin c powder in water to bowel tolerance before adding liposomal in order to achieve a high dose comparable to say 20 grams of c intravenous in 24 hours.  First you need to find your bowel tolerance.  Make sure you do this on a day or even better a whole week end, when you are at home, with no other commitments or distractions.  Dissolve 2 table spoonfuls of vitamin c powder (12 grams)  in a pint of water.  Take a very small sip around every half hour or hour.  Don’t take more than small sips.  Stay close to the toilet.  At some stage it is likely that you will have some diarrhea.  Hopefully you can get to the toilet in time!

Take a note of how much vitamin c you took to achieve the loose bowel.  That is your “bowel tolerance”.   So your daily amount should be around 80% of your bowel tolerance (BT).  Your BT may be more, or a lot more, than 12 grams, especially if you have been vaccine injured and as the studies on this page show,  everyone who has been vaxxed has been injured,  especially those who have had several jabs and as we have seen, your cells are hungry for vitamin c.    So now you know how to take vitamin c in water, orally,  we can add some liposomal.  It comes in 1 gram sachets.  Take 1 sachet every hour up to 6.  Put an inch of water in a glass.  Open the sachet  and poor the liposomal into the the glass.  Don’t stir it.  Swallow it straight down as if you were swallowing a raw egg yolk. If you are severely injured by the jab you might take more liposomal.  Space the doses at one hour intervals.

Take some zinc

As we have seen above,  supplemental zinc can double the spike killing properties of high dose vitamin c.

But get the zinc tablet with added chromium.

So take a zinc tablet every day.  Be aware though that zinc is an antagonist of the trace element chromium which has an important role in sugar metabolism.  Symptoms of chromium deficiency are weight loss, peripheral neuropathy and confusion.  You may already have neuropathy caused by the jab so we really don’t want chromium deficiency as well.  Zinc with added chrome tablets are available.  So buy those.  Or take a zinc tablet in the morning and some chromium picolinate in the evening.

Chris’s final tip – grapeseed extract

Grapeseed  extract (pycnogenol) recirculates vitamin c.  So take one grapeseed capsule at night before going to bed and one on waking up.

Are there any contraindications of high dose vitamin c?

I will summarise what Dr. Levy says on contra indications in Curing the Incurable.. I recommend buying the book to get the full detail.

The kidney stone myth

Oxalic acid is a major metabolic “end product” of vitamin c.  There is no evidence that we can use it or break it down further.  The main constituent of kidney stones is oxalic acid.  So it’s easy to add 2 plus 2 and make 5.   Note that hypercalcemia and kidney stones are also  claimed to be the result of taking a “high: dose of vitamin d.

I personally (Chris Parkinson – not Dr. Levy) have been taking 12 grams of vitamin c a day for the past 5 years.  For the past 3 years I have also been taking 10,000 i.u.’s of vitamin d and my breakfast consists of a pint of freshly made vegetable juice including high oxalate containing spinach and beetroot.  So if there was any truth in these theories I should be plagued by kidney stones.  Am i?  No!  No sign of the tiniest one. Make sure though that you drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Here is what Dr. Levy says:  “….in patients with known kidney disease, some reasonable precautions are in order.  However, a healthy person who avoids dehydration and ingests even very large amounts of vitamin c does not need to have any concern about kidney stone formation….”

The “pro-oxidant” myth

Dr. Levy goes into this at length and examines dozens of studies.  I will quote just a few of his conclusions:

….Generally, it is only in daily dose ranges. from the small recommended dietary allowance of 60mg for the adult up to about 2,000 mg (2 grams) that vitamin C can ever exert a prooxidant effect.  Furthermore, this would still require an unusual clinical situation in which the supplementing individual has high circulating levels or tissue levels of one or more catalytic metals…”  “…In fact,  at least in the case of vitamin c….”  “….a  little might be bad but more is always good…”   “…longer supplementation with even small amounts of vitamin C may result in early prooxidant effects eventually giving way to antioxidant effects as body stores of vitamin C gradually increase…

Iron overload disease

In individuals with hemochromatosis, (iron overload disease) it is not clear yet (no studies done) whether vitamin c further enhances iron absorption.  It could be dangerous if it does. Around 1 in 200 Europeans have Hereditary hemochromatosis. (HH).  A Norwegian study found that compared to controls there was no significant difference in health between people with HH and controls apart from increased diastolic blood pressure in women and a decreased risk for angina pectoris (coronary heart disease) in men.

G6PD deficiency

An enzyme in the red blood cell (RBC) called Glocse-60 dehydrogenase (G6PD) protects the blood cell from oxidative damage.  G69PD causes episodes of mild to severe rupture of the red blood cell.  These are known as hemolytic crises

G6PD deficiency ” is the most common enzyme deficiency worldwide…”  “…Most of the time, those who are affected have no symptoms.[3] Following a specific trigger, symptoms such as yellowish skin, dark urine, shortness of breath, and feeling tired may develop.  Complications can include anemia and newborn jaundice.[2] Some people never have symptoms….”  Wikipedia

It’s mainly prevalent among Mediteranean, Indian and Southeast Asia populations.

After reviewing the literature,  Dr. Levy concludes that at least rarely,  vitamin c can provoke a hemolytic crisis in people with this condition.  It’s not clear exactly what conditions are necessary for this scenario.  There is some evidence that  a high dose of vitamin c may be protective.  Many high dose intravenous injections of vitamin c have been given and there are very few reports of problems with G6PD deficiency in the medical journals says Dr. Levy.

I recommend taking the 23andme genetic testing to find out if you have HH disease or G6PD deficiency before self administering high dose vitamin c.
